•    2-3 cups normal water

Firstly, clean the rice well in a tub of water. Then soak the rice in 2-3 cups of normal water for at least 30 minutes. Finally, strain the water from the rice and transfer it in a clean bowl. Your rice water is now ready to be used.

 

Boiling the rice

Things you will need 
•    ½ cup rice
•    Double amount of water (in compared to the amount of the rice)

You have to cook the rice in boiling water normally. Then strain the boiled water into a clean bowl and use it.

 

How to use rice water?  

First, shampoo your hair and wash it off with normal water. Then pour rice water on your hair and soak it properly. Now, leave it for a while and massage your scalp afterwards. Finally, wash your hair after  20 mintues.
