The first product to use after face cleansing is a toner. Take the toner on a cotton pad and apply it slowly to the face.

Step 4- Serum
The next step after toner is a serum. The correct rule of skin care product is to apply light weight products first, then relatively heavy textured products. Since the moisturizer’s texture is heavier than the serum, the serum should be applied before the moisturizer. Apply two or three drops of serum to the face slowly with your finger. After applying the serum, wait for a while until it is absorbed properly.
Step 5- Moisturizer
Now your skin is ready for moisturizer. Apply a hydrating moisturizer that best suits your skin type.
Step 6- Face oil
Face oil is very popular in beauty trends nowadays. And it has to be applied after moisturizer. Many may be wondering why? Because face oil works as a skin protecter and helps in retaining the moisturizers. You can use Jojoba or Olive oil for silky and smooth skin.
Step 7-Sunscreen
Sunscreen is the last step in the skin care routine. Because sunscreen is a little heavier than other skin care products. So sunscreen should always be applied at the end.
