In winter normally our skin gets dry. And after exfoliating skin gets ever drier. “Does this mean we cannot exfoliate skin in winter?” many of you might be thinking that. But you need to be careful that your skin doesn’t get too dry after exfoliation. Moisturizing exfoliators or scrubs remove dead cell without making the skin too dry s it stays soft. You can make this moisturizing exfoliator easily at home.

 

Nourishing honey scrub

Things you need

-Honey 1/3 cup

-Olive oil ½ cup

-Salt 1 cup

First mix the honey and olive oil. Then mix salt gradually into it. Now for 2-3 minutes scrub your body slowly. Honey and olive oil are very good natural moisturizer. It helps to make dry and rough skin smooth and soft.

 

Moisturizing milk scrub

Thing you need

-Brown sugar 100 gram

-Milk 25 gram

-Honey 1 table spoon

-Olive oil 1 table spoon

First, mix sugar and olive oil. Now slowly mix the milk into it. The lactic acid in milk works very well to remove dead skin cells. And brown sugar works as a natural moisturizer along with exfoliating the dead cells. But if you don’t have brown sugar near your hand, you can use white sugar instead.

Things you need

-Oats ¼ cup

-Almond paste 2 table spoons

-Milk cream ½ cup

-Honey 1 table spoon

At first blend the oats into a smooth paste. Then mix the rest of the ingredients to make the scrub. Now slowly massage it on your body for 3 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.

Soft and smooth skin is unimaginable without regular exfoliation. These moisturizing exfoliators will keep your skin fresh and soft even in winter.
