Don’t shampoo your hair everyday

It’s recommendable not to use shampoo everyday after working out. Keep your hands off your hair

While wearing a hijab

Often wearing hijab while working out makes the hijab sweat too along with your scalp. So, you need to clean your hijab everyday after gym workout.
