We spend hours in front of the mirror every day just to make ourselves look pretty and depend on a range of makeup products. Nowadays, we can’t even imagine the perfect look without makeup. But to explore our true beauty or to give our skin a break, sometimes it’s good to stay away from makeup. 


The month of Ramadan will start in just a few days, a time when there’s a sudden and immense change in our food habits and lifestyle. Due to not being able to drink water for a long period of time, the skin loses its moisture and becomes tired. That is why to keep the tired skin fresh, this could be the perfect time for you to explore your ‘no-makeup look’.
Today I am going to share with you a few tips to stay beautiful and perfect without makeup. Those who don’t like applying makeup much anyways, these tips could be wonderful solutions. I have tried to give these tips keeping in mind the month of Ramadan.

First condition, hydration
The first thing we need for the perfect look is a healthy and beautiful skin. And to keep the skin healthy and beautiful, hydration is really important. Not being able to drink water properly throughout the days of Ramadan may cause dehydration; as a result the skin becomes dry and lifeless. So, try to drink at least 8 glasses of water between the time from Iftar to Sehri; this will keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.

Have faith in natural products
Just as you need fresh and natural food to stay healthy, likewise you can try out some natural products to keep your skin healthy. Free of harmful chemicals, natural or ayurvedic products will not only keep your skin glowing from the outside, but also keep it healthy from the inside. Sunscreen cannot be skipped!
Skin problems may start from the heat of the sun, so you must apply sunscreen. Before heading out of your house, try and apply a sunscreen that is at least SPF 30. Some of you might ask, “Why at least SPF 30 or what is the need for it? 
It is recommended by the American Academy of Dermatology, to use a sunscreen that is SPF 30 or more and waterproof. What percentage of UV-Ray a sunscreen can block depends on its SPF level. SPF 30 provides sufficient coverage and blocks 96% of the harmful ray from the sun.

Beautiful you with beautiful eyes
A pair of beautiful eyes can increase your beauty drastically. To reduce restlessness, dark circles and wrinkles near your eye, you can try to use an eye serum. and you can also easily make this serum at home. 
What you need:
1.    1 tea spoon of Aloe Vera gel
2.    1 tea spoon of Almond oil
You can find Aloe Vera gel at any super shop. pick your choice of Aloe Vera gel and properly mix Almond oil with it. if your skin is really dry or you have wrinkles under your eyes, you can increase the amount of Almond oil a little.
Apply the serum softly using a finger before going to sleep every night. Be sure to properly clean off the face and eye makeup before applying it.
Almond oil helps reduce the fine line under your eye by making the skin clear and soft. Aloe Vera’s antioxidant and Vitamin E reduces the dark circles and the swelling around your eyes, and keeps your eyes cool and relaxed.

With your hair, don’t be unfair
Now that everything is taken care of, what about your hair? A beautiful look depends a lot on beautiful hair. Like with your skin, your hair might also face problems due to dehydration, reducing the growth of hair and at times even hair fall. So for regular cleansing, try to use a shampoo and conditioner which contain natural oil. For deep nourishment and to increase the blood flow on your scalp, you can  massage a natural oil, such as Coconut, Olive or Almond.
