Gyming or Home workout is very important for you to keep yourself fit. Nevertheless, most of the people sweat excessively after that. You may even face the same situation while working out at home. Don’t shampoo your hair everyday

You should never apply dry shampoo on wet hair because it makes the hair sticky. So, at first tap off extra water from dripping wet hair. Then dry it off with a dryer for at least 3 minutes. Another very helpful tip is to go for dry shampoo before working out. However, it is not recommended to apply dry shampoo long before you start working out. You should try to begin your gym workout right after applying dry shampoo. It will help reducing the sweat on your hair scalp.

 

Cold dryer 

You can use cold dryers as it helps significantly to keep your hair fresh. Keep the dryer in cold setting to dry hair roots and the area above your neck. Following this will reduce sweating and provide you a soothing feeling in humid conditions. 

 

Protect hair from ultraviolet rays

Keep your hands off your hair

So, it’s advisable for all the boys not to go for a shower immediately after gym workout. Instead, you should wipe out as much sweat as possible with a towel or a tissue at first.
