Add oil to your moisturizer.
Suppose your cream based moisturizer is almost about to finish. And you can’t just go out now and buy a new moisturizer. Many of us have faced this situation in life. Follow this simple hack as an instant solution.
Add few drops of nourishing oil (coconut, olive or amla) to your moisturizer and mix well. this will increase the quantity of the moisturizer. It will work really well as hydrating night cream too!
Light moisturizer will make the foundation last longer
I have said it in the beginning, finding the perfect foundation shade is very difficult. Hence, when I don’t need to wear full coverage, I add a little bit of moisturizer with my foundation. it works as a foundation and keeps my skin hydrated as well.
Make cream blush with lipstick
The last bit of the lipstick stays at the bottom and can’t be applied. So rather than throwing away the lipstick, you can easily make cream blush with that. Scoop out the remaining lipstick with a small spoon. Now store it in a small and clean container. And there you have it, your soft cream blush.
Fix your dried-up nail polish with rubbing alcohol
I understand the pain of seeing your favorite nail polish drying up. But you don’t necessarily have to throw them out if they get dry or thick. With rubbing alcohol you can easily fix it. Add few drops of rubbing alcohol into the nail polish and mix well.
Take care of your favorite perfume
We all want our favorite and expensive perfume to last long. Even though the average lifespan of a perfume is 2 years.
Firstly, don’t keep the perfume under direct sun light. Because sunlight can damage the scent of the perfume. Also, the heat shower of the washroom can also oxidize the perfume and ruin the fragrance. So always try to keep it in a cool and dry place. And don’t forget to close the bottle lid tightly after using.
